Alerus Financial wants to expand the online withdrawal options we currently offer. As of now we have online loans and termination distributions. We would like to offer other types of w/d’s to include in-service and hardships and possibly others.

I am wondering how many others offer these services and how are you housing the criteria for each? For example if a plan offers hardships for 100% vested monies only or they have a withdrawal hierarchy where do you house that information for extraction to the web?
