Curious what everyone is doing regarding the mandatory catchups to Roth source for participants with comp over $145000? Some are saying this isn’t really a recordkeeper responsibility and is on the plan sponsor and payroll provider.Â

I am interested in this question as well. The provision is based on FICA wages and currently OMNI does not have a FICA field. Are we asking OMNI to track FICA wages so that we can monitor this for our clients. We have a home grown payroll system and want to stop the sponsor if they are submitting it under the wrong source and the participant is a high wage earner.
