We are running the OWS Plan Sponsor Portal pretty much out of the box, and have a business need to get analytics / intelligence / usage stats on the Reports being used by our Plan Sponsors.

We need to be able to answer questions like, which reports are used, by who, how often – which are the most important / popular by usage?  Are any reports NOT being used by anyone, etc. etc.Â

Is anyone else doing this kind of a Reporting usage analysis and how are you collecting those usage KPI’s / metrics? (Is it clicks, downloads, etc.) What does / can OWS track and how do we obtain that info?Â
I’m hoping there is a way that maybe we just don’t know about, that there is something we need to turn on (configuration) or that someone here has some tips, tricks or “outside the box” solutions to help us obtain what we need?Â
