We are finding that if a participant doesn’t have a plan entry date core Omni won’t allow a full payout T404 on a terminated participant. We have instances where a participant has rollover money and then terminates but doesn’t take their money out before our small balance forceout process occurs. These distributions fail ever time. Any thoughts? It also occurs for those that are active but ineligible. They want to take an in-service on their rollover monies but the system won’t allow anything except a hardship. Any thoughts on this as well? Any advice/direction/suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.Â
